AfriAsianEurAmericana Muzik is coming up this Sunday, 7pm at Skylark in West Seattle. It’s a great showcase of performers from the extended Funketabla family including:

Yaw Amponsah (brilliant African drummer)
Crispy (downtempo impressario extraordinaire)
Sebastian Lange (ex-berliner beatophile and electronic violinist par excellence)
James Whetzel (sarodist, throat singer, rhythmophilic eclecticist/ electro-acousticist)
